To place the Cut and Paste Scripts code in Homestead Online Editor, do the following:
- If you created your page in Homestead Express, you must first open it and close it using Homestead Editor before proceeding. Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to edit your page using Homestead Express.
- Once you have logged into Cut and Paste Scripts and chose the script you want to set-up, complete the wizard. This will generate the correct HTML code, Highlight this code and then Ctrl+C to copy it.
- Go to the Homestead "Site Manager".
- Select the page you want to place the Cut and Paste Scripts code on, and click on "Edit".
- Choose "Imported Files & HTML" in the "Element Category" menu.
- Find the place where you would like to place the Cut and Paste Scripts code, and click on "HTML snippet".
- Double-click on the box that appears, set the Width to 400 and the Height to 57, then click on "Edit HTML"
- Press CTRL-V to paste the Cut and Paste Scripts code, then click on OK in that box and Close in the previous box.
- You can now move the box representing your service's code wherever you want it to be.
- When you are done, click on Save, and then "File > Exit" to close Homestead Editor.
